NP ROTOPLAST offers high speed mixture machine for mixing granules with masterbatch pigments paste or powder form. With blending material heated up to predefined temperature to remove moisture from the raw materials & allow equal mixture of granules & masterbatch.
Application
- NPRP-HM machine uses to mixture virgin granules & Masterbatch to pre heat at pre-defined temperature,
- Remove moisture from raw materials to overcome pinholes problem in final products.
- Proper mixture or compounding with masterbatch or pigments allow uniform colour propagation in final products.
